Hello there! I'm Emily, the passionate force behind Emily Hobrla UX Solutions, where I specialize in crafting exceptional user experiences that leave a lasting impact. With a diverse portfolio spanning industries such as e-commerce, fintech, and investment services, I’ve had the privilege of working on projects that prioritize accessibility and usability to create seamless and enjoyable experiences for all users. My approach centers on ensuring that products are not only functional but intuitive and inclusive.

Currently, as the Director of UX Research at CodeHunter, I lead the company's first-ever UX research team, designing and executing comprehensive research strategies to inform product development. In this role, I’ve built scalable processes that integrate user insights into the product lifecycle, empowering cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions. My work is deeply rooted in understanding user behaviors through methods like usability testing, interviews, and surveys, ultimately driving growth and enhancing the user experience for both enterprise and consumer-facing products.

Previously, at JPMorgan Chase, I applied my UX expertise to improve the usability of the firm’s proprietary applications, leading research and usability studies that validated design decisions and drove improvements in customer-facing financial products. I also worked closely with external partners to ensure that Chase’s products integrated seamlessly into their interfaces. Additionally, my experience with design systems and cross-functional collaboration has equipped me to enhance end-to-end user experiences, from initial concepts to final implementation.
